In this article, we’ll explain how to prevent the blank PNG issue in Premiere Pro.
For using the Mogrt file you need to create a sequence first.
Then you should Drag & Drop the MOGRT file into the timeline panel.
Create a sequence
If you Drag & Drop one of the MOGRT items to the timeline panel but you see the blank PNG instead of it and you can’t access the setting of it from the Motion Factory File Manager panel, please follow these steps:
1, Navigate to the File >> New >> Sequence
2. Set the presets which you want for it.
3, Then Drag & Drop the item which you want to the time line panel.
