Frequently Asked Questions
Pixflow Subscriptions offers access to a vast range of professional assets, including video templates, VFX elements, motion graphics, and plugins. You can easily get access to all the assets and features of Pixflow by simply picking a monthly or annual subscription, or if you are a big corporation, contacting our sales team for a tailor-made subscription.
All of the features and access are the same for both plans; the only difference is that the yearly plan means upfront payment for a full year of Pixflow access. This way, the cost of access per month is less than that of a monthly plan.
From the Profile icon at the top right corner of the page, inside the drop-down menu, you can either choose “My Subscription” to manage your Pixflow Subscription Plan or “Account Setting” to manage your personal info on the platform.
With a Pixflow subscription, all your items are covered under a commercial license, allowing you to use them in your commercial projects.
We accept payments through Stripe, which allows for credit card transactions.
As long as you have an active subscription on Pixflow, all the projects you create and publish with the assets you have downloaded are covered under our terms and conditions. If you cancel your paid subscription, you can no longer use your downloaded assets in new projects.
By purchasing a new subscription plan, you will automatically be updated to the new plan.
